Here are some more-detailed pictures of Ben's crunched bumper. More damage than I originally thought from the picture he took with his phone, but still not bad compared to what happened to the Santa Fe and the car that hit him this time. The damages were estimated somewhere between $2,000 and $3,000.

And here is what replaced Ben's truck while it spent just over a week in the shop:


A brand new (only 4,000 miles on it) Dodge Journey. I usually don't like white, but it looked nice on this vehicle. (Sorry, Dad. These are the only pictures I got of it.) It was pretty nice though. We looked at one once not too long ago just for the heck of it and we weren't very impressed. Driving one for a week gives one a different impression. We still love the GMC Terrain more, but this one is pretty darn nice. It has a smooth ride, comfy seats, and nice features.
