Ready to Go

Ben recieved his job offer in New Braunfels on Friday, January 20th, but didn't start work until Monday, February 13th. He went to NB that first week by himself, stayed in a hotel, looked for housing, and then came home on the weekend of the 18th. My last day of work at Applebee's in Tyler was also on February 18th and Ben and I worked together to get more packing done during that weekend. He went back to NB again by himself the next week while I stayed behind to do more packing. He arrived back in Tyler for the weekend of the 25th, and on Sunday the 26th we went together to NB and stayed in a hotel while we ironed out details of the rental we wanted. We left the cats in the apartment in Tyler all week, and went back on the weekend (March 3rd), all prepared to move! However, some unforseen events delayed our move, so we spent that weekend in Tyler doing some last-minute things to prepare for our move the following weekend. On Sunday night the 5th, we left again to stay in a hotel one last time in NB but we took the cats with us so we could leave them in the duplex we rented over the weekend (March 10th) as we headed to Tyler one last time to make our final move! We were sure ready to go at this point! Here's the apartment all packed up, awaiting our final moving day:

And here are the cats, all cooped up in a little hotel room, yet surprisingly comfortable. :)
