An Endless Supply

Picture this:
You buy a picture frame, take it home, put your pictures in it, and pick the perfect spot on the wall to hang it.  You hammer in the nail, hang the frame, and stand back to admire it.  Maybe it's hours later, or a couple days later, but you hear a crash and the sound of breaking glass.  You run to the other room to find that your lovely picture frame has fallen off the wall and has broken.  You inspect it and find that the hanging loop on the back of the frame is still in place, yet it somehow fell and broke and you are sad.  What do you do?

A) Pick up the pieces and try to fix it yourself the best you can
B) Take it to a frame shop to have them fix it
C) Buy another one
D) Take it back to the store where you bought it and return it because, afterall, it's broken now

Believe it or not, there was a lady that chose option D!  She brought her frame in to Hobby Lobby and wanted to return it and have her money back because it fell and was broken.  There was not a defect in the craftsmanship of the frame...just a poorly hung frame that fell and broke.  Wow.  I have a feeling that working at Hobby Lobby will provide me with an endless supply of stories like this. :)

What has been worse as far as rude customers, BO or Hobby Lobby? :)

It appears that her "Hobby" is going to the "Lobby"!

I think she needs that credit card that covers loss and breakage for a certain period of time, and then she should always use it.

This is so funny. Sounds like Hobby Lobby is an entertaining place.
