A Day for Extra Effort

We all understand that love should be shown every day of the year, especially between a husband and wife. However, Valentine's Day gives us a day to think about it a little bit more and make a little bit of an extra effort to show we care; nothing too extreme, but perhaps just a little bit more than we might normally do.
This year, I made breakfast in bed for Ben and bought him tickets to go see a movie that night (New In Town--very cute). He gave me a gift card and candy, and took me out to dinner at a cute restaurant we had never been to before. It was a great day!
