You all have probably already thought of this, but I only recently discovered what to do with my cookie dough when I don't want to make an entire batch of cookies! Usually, I just make a whole batch and Ben and I will eat some and then I give the rest away. THIS time, however, I rolled up the dough into balls, and......wait for it..................put them in the freezer!! Ready to thaw and bake!!

We have sworn off such yummy things. Gotta get rid of a few pounds. Good idea though.
I just learned out doing this too (rolling them into balls BEFORE you freeze them). Such a good idea. Why didn't anyone think of it sooner. :)
